Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy an established "retro" home on the banks of the East prong of the Frio River. This estate has a lawn that extends all the way to the banks of the Frio where you have private access to that area.   This quaint home is nestled on the banks of the Frio just below the headwaters. There is a minimum nightly stay depending on the season.   So whether your thing is floating in a tube, snorkeling, or a little catch and release fishing this is a place for you.  

Although it is not a recently constructed home,  East Frio Estate features two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature 2 queen size beds and private bathrooms.  There is a fold-out couch and queen sized futon in the living area and plenty of space for maximum of 12 people.  If you should require more space for extra guests, we have an attached annex room that has 2 queen size beds and 3 twin beds.  With the addition of this room you total number of guests can be 19.

We supply bedroom linens and beds for up to 19 adults and a toddler but don't forget your bath and kitchen linens as well as personal toiletries.

We have our own well water system, but not chlorinated.  We suggest that you bring bottled water if you are not accustomed to non-chlorinated water.  The kitchen is furnished with a large supply of cookware.
